Will I ever date, i feel unlovable

I feel unlovable, I know it’s from trauma but I wanna be able to date and I can’t when it’s like this, I can’t just be normal, it sucks, I wanna date someone!!

I feel that with an iron bullet. It’s the worst feeling in the world. The first step to solving that is to first starting loving ourselves. Is there something you do that you love to do showing your best and loving yourself as a result?
