do i have depression

So, my mental health is basically fucked

 

And my best friend, who has had depression for most of her life, thinks I have depression.  My other best friend has pretty bad depression that sometimes prevents him from functioning properly, and I seem to also be falling down the rabbit hole of not function very well.  I have tried to research depression but the information doesn't seem to register in my brain.  I do not have a therapist and cannot get one for multiple reasons.  I'm not sure where to look to get things to click.
