Hey,

Let's go for confidential support. This is better because I only work for an hour a day, and if you sent me a message when I'm not there and you're in danger, I won't see it until I'm back. However, the confidential support area is monitored by all the support mentors, so someone will be able to reply quicker an also help get you the support you need especially if you're unsafe at that point.
