I haven't been doing well recently and my girlfriend has noticed and honestly i feel so bad about it we had a short talk in the bathroom at school and i started crying (we had to lave because a bunch of people were coming in) and i don't want her to be worried about me and I thought talking about it would help but it made me more anxious because i didnt get to finish and i dont want her to worry about me, she has got enough going on i have cried in front of her for dumb reasons like when we were working on math together and i felt dumb and bad because i hadnt been able to contribute and im worries it might affect her mental health idk what to do

Hey there,

I just want you to know that crying is okay. It's a perfectly healthy way to express your emotions, and being vulnerable like this with your partner will help you to get closer and form a deeper connection. What do you think? Also, that's what partners are for, to help you during your time of need and be there for you.
