I'm ugly because well look at me and how would you know im beautiful. Cutting yourself isn’t an easy way to handle stress trust me I’ve done it and been sent to a mental hospital because of it. Talk to people about what’s happening and trust me it’ll make a difference or you could journal about it…or there are other options out there for you to try besides cutting that are actually healthy ways to cope with stress while not harming yourself. keep in mind you are loved and cared for DONT let anyone tell you differently. Do you feel insecure to the point where you think you have to use filters for all of your pictures? Because if so you don’t need to.
