You have been so kind to people here and have really pushed through to stay alive. What I would say is that, though it may be hard and I don't know how bad things are exactly, try to gradually take more and more care of yourself. It may feel like everything is collapsing but when it does, take a deep breath and remember that you are worth it and you've fought so much that you should be proud of yourself.

You are loved by so many people. They will be there for you. Everyone has struggles, and in the past I had some thoughts of self harm and suicide, so I understand how hard it is.

Try to take a breath and know that you aren't alone, and so many survivors look back on when they were struggling and tell themselves that they've made it and they're recovering. There is always one thing others can't take away: hope. No matter how crazy it might feel, find something to hope for. Maybe a day where you can look back and say that you made it through this hard time, or maybe just a day where you genuinely laugh or smile, even for a second.

And always remember, I am truly routing for you. I hope you'll make it through, and I want you to talk to me if it ever gets really bad. I want you to tell me when it gets better. I am here to listen and talk. I care a lot, and I've been trying to find out more through your past posts so I could talk to you about it, but I don't know everything, so you can talk to me. I won't judge you. I'm here for you.
