It's because I was self-diagnosed with REALLY bad depression after my mother's death....

So I just stay in my room and hope for the better to fall asleep and never wake up :)

Also I have noticed that my fav movie - The lion king, helps with my anxiety. I don't know why but its just calms me down and cheers me up even if I am in the worst mood.
