Take some big deep breaths, and breathe out as if you were blowing a pot of bubbles

Imagine each bubble growing bigger with each exhale

Also trying the 5 4 3 2 1 method might help you rn

 

Think of 1 place you love (for example a beach)

Imagine 2 things that you can smell at this place

Think of 3 things you can feel and touch (wind, sand ect)

Think of 4 things you can hear (waves, seagulls ect)

And finally Imagine 5 things you can see 

 

Hopefully this can provide some escapism from your current situation

Let your imagination take you away from what you are feeling
