Hi everyone!

 

So I started journaling all the things going on in my head, and so far I seem to be doing better! My mom is awesome!

I'm glad to hear the journalling seems to be helping. What do you think it is that helps you by writing things down that are going on in your head?

Hello!

 

Due to my Schizophrenia I have inaudible voices in my head, and it is helping to write down all those racing thoughts and such. It is like pouring my thoughts out of my head and onto the paper.

Hey there,

Yeah, I think that writing your thoughts down can be really helpful for a number of reasons, one of them being that writing them down helps to take the power away; when the thoughts are in our head, they can seem really threatening, but when written down, we can feel more in control and gain a sense of perspective in that thoughts are just thoughts. What do you think?
