Due to my Schizophrenia I have inaudible voices in my head, and it is helping to write down all those racing thoughts and such. Monsoon Posted February 27, 2022 Share Posted February 27, 2022 Hey there, Yeah, I think that writing your thoughts down can be really helpful for a number of reasons, one of them being that writing them down helps to take the power away; when the thoughts are in our head, they can seem really threatening, but when written down, we can feel more in control and gain a sense of perspective in that thoughts are just thoughts.
