Anxiety and stress

Hi everyone

I'm 21 years old medical student and I suffer from academic failure (I don't even read) 

I suffer from my low self discipline in all my life aspects and find it really hard to commit 

 

I have waves of anxiety and stress that attacks me, I over react to responsibilities and feel extremely uncomfortable to have a deadline or something to do

 

I'm also very lazy even in house stuff like cleaning and cooking
