IDK what to do anymore

I present in the morning however I don't want b/c I know my slides are not good enough, i'm not confident in myself. I thought i was or at least ok with knowing my slides may need work but that's ok. I'm afraid I'm not working hard enough and don't understand as much as others. Worst part is I'm a overthinker, hate that I'm my worst enemy. I stand in my own way and my brain won't stop overworrying and self critizicing. What do I do?

Thanks for asking for advice on this. I think it sounds like you're feeling quite stressed, and it's pretty common to feel like this about presenting as it can make people nervous. I'm wondering, is there something you could do before hand to relax? as long as you hve tried your best thats really all you can do! sometimes we have strengths and weaknesses that are different than others. im bad at presenting myself so i try my best and do better on the things i am good at!
