I know that everyone's going to be out seeing friends and family without social distancing and no masks, I'm paranoid that I might catch something or give something to my parents. We've gotten used to following strict measures to keep ourselves protected, so I really do get why you're feeling like this. I'm wondering, is there anything you could do to help with your anxiety?
