Covid lockdown restrictions easing = anxiety

I'm feeling super anxious about the restrictions lifting in the UK. I know that everyone's going to be out seeing friends and family without social distancing and no masks, I'm paranoid that I might catch something or give something to my parents. Is anyone else feeling nervous about 'freedom day'? 😖

Hey @WaterfallDaisy

Yeah, I think that there are loads of other people who feel exactly the same as you and that's totally normal. We've gotten used to following strict measures to keep ourselves protected, so I really do get why you're feeling like this. I'm wondering, is there anything you could do to help with your anxiety? What kind of things help you to feel relaxed?

Hey,

That's okay. It's completely normal to feel anxious, and it's good to know what we can do to help calm ourselves down. I'm wondering, have you seen our support guides here? You could take a look and choose some things to try over the next week for your anxiety:
