Remi
Hey there @julia Your English is very good! I think it's best to try and get at least 8 hours sleep our body resets itself while we sleep. Midnight is quite late to go to sleep. Could you try turning off your phone at about 9/9:30pm and then aiming to sleep for 10:30pm? Could you do your hobbies after school, what are some of your hobbies? Good luck for your exams. -Remi MultiQuote Quote This Digital Mentor Account is no longer active. julia
thank you very much for responding me! i haven't used my phone since monday and sadly i don't see any differences. my hobbies are reading books, listening to music, swimming and taking photos. i'm really scared of highschool at this point that i won't be well & that i won't have enough time. i'm not going to sleep early because of the internet but sadly from that amount of homework that i get everyday. thank you again! -julia MultiQuote
Remi
Hello @julia That sounds very intense. Do you have lots of work to do? Have you tried speaking to your teachers about this and that it is causing you to lose sleep. Can you a lot 2 hours per day for study? and then take regular rest breaks? -Remi MultiQuote Quote This Digital Mentor Account is no longer active.
