Spoke to my bf, spoke to you wonderful people at DTL, brought myself a stitch phone case, and ate something, ( I struggle with my eating ).

I love this - what a great idea for a post ❤️

I just had a yummy piece of chocolate orange cake that I baked yesterday with a cup of my favourite herbal tea. I made sure to savour every spoonful, rather than just eat it without really noticing what I'm doing.

Spending the day at the public library :P I want to start a hardcore research project....but on what? I'm kinda thinking I could do something about the science of fandom and pop and stuff

I struggle with my eating and my weight etc, but I managed to eat something so hopefully I can feel better today ❤️‍🩹

I think when it comes to eating it can take a while until we notice any physical changes. It's great though that you managed to eat something. What helped do you think?

Not sure. Just was feeling so faint etc I just ate something.

Not sure, that was so however long sgo. I needed to go out and I had no other choice. But I haven’t done it since.
