I’m scared to see my ex again at university and they have a big group and i m scared they might view me as an outcast after the breakdown I had a few months ago. I'm sorry to hear about the breakdown you had and just wanted to check in to see how you're feeling now? With the fear around seeing your ex, is it all related to the breakdown, or is there something else that is making you scared as well?
