I've been conflicted and confused about it despite leaning heavily into it. This is the first time I've felt anxious and have been stressing out over it, and I have found out as it is the closest label that explains a lot to me and has more gravitas than ever mixed with being grounded in reality.

I'm asking "How to tell if you are transgender" which makes people scratch their heads about the topic. Which is why I'm posing it to this community.

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling conflicted and confused about all of this. It is by no means easy to untangle, and it's completely normal to feel anxious and stressed over it. I'm wondering, what do you know already about how to tell if you're transgender or not? What are the signs you know about already? Also, I know that it can be really intense for people who are questioning, and I just want you to know that it's okay to take a break from it. By this, I mean to stop doing research and try to focus on other things for now. What do you think?
