It’s a perfectly normal reaction. When there is a crush, I think there is usually that hope of being able to be with that person, and when that can’t happen, there can be a real sadness about it. I think it’s really important to give yourself time to process and work through it. It might take a while for that feeling to pass, but it will in the end. What do you think?
