I can't describe it other than its like having flashbacks to random things like being at school and hanging out with friends. I feel like I have a continuous film playing in my head, and I've tried to turn the projector off, damage the cables and burn it but its still playing. I don't know if thats due to some sort of PTSD, or because I'm having a simple partial seizure, but either way I want to unplug myself from life, and just exist outside my body.
