Self esteem - I don’t like myself and I sabotage every part of my life, how do I stop doing this

My self esteem has been bugging me lately, I’ve been moody, hardly put any effort into anything(that’s been ongoing for a while), I feel like a deflated balloon, ja being had my chances and missed them and just keep getting worse rather than better.

I am truly sorry to hear that you have been struggling around esteem issues. You want to share more on what's been going on? I found it interesting how you mentioned you had your chances and missed them..let's start there perhaps?
