Thea22 Posted January 25, 2023 Share Posted January 25, 2023 Hi life can be annoying because your PTSD can gets onto of you and you don't want to do anything anymore and feel like everything sucks and you do not want to do anything anymore. You Anxiety can get high up and you feel like your emotions gets in your way for your work and your college work and I hate having Anxiety and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have anxiety and PTSD which sometimes does cause me to have days where I feel like I don’t want to do anything because my feelings are so sensitive. How are you coping with this? Have you got anyone who you can talk to?
