so sorry you’ve been through such a horrible thing. This wasn’t your fault. I’ve been abused like you when I was 14, so I know how it feels.

when you say you haven’t told anyone, can I ask, do you want to tell someone? There is this organisation called women’s aid, they talk to rape victims. How would it feel reaching out to them? They are confidential unless you tell them something that worries them. Here’s a link. Women’s aid is for women and girls over the age of 16. Free to all females in the UK!

I know I’ve just given you a lot of information but I want you to know you matter. You deserve support and I hope since you wrote this that you’ve got given support as this is a terrible situation and I’m sorry you’ve been through this.
