How do I tell my parents how I feel

My parents are making me do so much school work for something that i don't even want to do anymore. I don't know how to tell them that I need help. They keep telling me to ask and ask but i hate asking teachers stuff so now my mom is making me go to my math teaches room 3 days a week in the mornings to get help. I don't think it will help i think it will make it worse.

Thank you for asking us about this.  It's really good to give your opinion when things aren't working for you, but some people can find it hard to do that, which I get. I'm wondering, could it be easier for you to maybe write them a text to tell them? Does the thought of doing it face-to-face put you off a little bit perhaps?

I don't think putting it in a text will help because they would still come to me to talk about it.

Maybe you could say you'd prefer to talk about it over text and see what happens. What do you think about that?
