Person uses alternative accounts to spam me and call me a liar

Update: Even though one has left the social website one is continuing to spam me by using alternative accounts and use their primary account  to say that I offend him and that I deleted the comment. I reported the comment as spam and I did offended him https://imgur.com/a/7Eqe1Nf

This is still going on for me. Can you warn other usernames about this person harassing me and contact deviant Art about this?
