Would it be OK if you explained a little bit more what’s troubling you? Is it that when you eat, it physically makes you feel sick and that worries you? In that case would it help if you had it checked out by a doctor to make sure it’s not a medical problem? What do you think? There are all kinds of reasons why we might feel sick. Sometimes it can be if we’re feeling stressed or worried about something. But because you said that you only feel sick after eating, there could be a medical reason for it. I’m glad to hear your Nan is going to try and get you an appointment with the doctor.
