How do you come out as aromantic?

I’ve been thinking of coming out to friends and family for the first time, but I’m not sure how.  Can anybody give me advice?

My advice would be to figure out their stance on the LGBTQ+ community and, if it’s more or less positive, find some time to sit down with them and talk about it. If it’s meh or slightly negative, I’d come out before you have to to somewhere, so they have time to think about it, and if it’s really negative, come out after you know you have a safe place to go.
