Dating complications

So, I have been talking to this guy for a while and suggested a time and date for the second date which he confirms. However, as the time comes closer, I tell him that I would push back the time and which he replies, "I'm making dinner." This doesn't answer my request or reconfirmation at all.  He then proceeds to tell me that he is tired. So replied that I am going out with a friend. He then replied that "wait I thought we were going together" which I replied, " I thought you were too tired..." He then left me on read for 20 hours.

Hey there,

I'm wondering, when he said he was tired, did he say it in a way that suggested cancelling the date, or could he have just been saying it because that's how he felt? How are things now?

He's just saying that because he was actually tired, and we haven't talked for over two days now. I was thinking over about my set of values when dating during this time period and realize that he was at fault for not confirming with me and felt "hurt" when I went without him.

Hey there,

I'm wondering then, if you put yourself in his shoes when this happened, what do you think you might think and feel?
