Hi! So I have a good friend, and we have been flirting back and forth, but we live across the country. I really do want to be with them, but I cant be physically with them, and it kills me. Should I stick it through, or break it off because of the distance?

Hey there,

What is your heart telling you? What do you feel is the right thing to do for your soul?

I really want it to work. So i think I am going to go for it? But I dont want to invest my emotions into something that will just get me hurt.

Hey. Do you know how they're feeling about things at the moment? Have you spoken to them about where you're at with it all?

Ive talked to them about it. They want to be with me too. They are poly (i recently found out), and Im not, but they said that if their partner wasnt comfortable with it then they will not have more than one partner. i dont think it really can be serious with the distance, so i think it is more of a fun thing, but even still, should i even engage?I want to, and I think they want to make it work too? AHHH i dont know :')

Hey there,

I think the question for me is that can you still have fun with no strings, or will it lead to further upset down the line due to the distance and potentially wanting more?
