But now after a long time relationship (ended a couple years ago) I am having a hard time to get my self confidence back up and meet new people. It's interesting that when you were younger, it sounds like you had more confidence, but since your relationship, it seems to have gone down. I'm wondering, why do you think this change happened? As soon as the relationship ended I pretty much fell out of the social scene and lost alot of friends that I would hang out with.
