Ditch the Label Staff Harper Posted February 2, 2022 Ditch the Label Staff Share Posted February 2, 2022 Hi all, This week we've been busy rolling out a handful of new updates. You may have already noticed a few changes; namely: New limited edition LGBTQ+ History Month and Chinese New Year badges New 'Out of This World' badge to be rewarded occasionally for contributions to our community Clubs are now known as Tribes We've changed language to make it easier to install a private forum or blog to a Tribe We've increased the size of displayed cover photos/art and avatar icons in Tribes We've now added 'Featured & Popular Tribes' to the Tribe homepage and will be regularly updating with our favourites Changes to the main navigation bar to make the community easier to browse Fixed a bug with DM's - now new/unread DM's will show with a pink background, old/read DM's will have a grey background New Technical Help forum for technical related questions New images across the community, including main header images on the homepage The 'New Posts' page has been updated and is now known as 'What's Happening?' We are also aware of a bug that inappropriately flags some posts and comments for moderator review. This is currently being investigated and we will hopefully have a fix soon. Thanks for your patience!Β - HarperΒ 2 MultiQuote
Ditch the Label Staff Harper Posted February 3, 2022 Author Ditch the Label Staff Share Posted February 3, 2022 Update: you can now tag an entire group of staff in a post, just as you would an individual member. For example, to tag the entire Digital Mentor team you would type @ Digital Mentor (without the spaces). It is rare that you would ever need to use this kind of tagging, but can be used to quickly escalate an issue. MultiQuote
