I've been identifying as genderfluid for just over six months, but lately i've been having thoughts that are like "you're not genderfluid, you're making it up!" and "stop pretending to be genderfluid" and it's been taking a toll on my mental health. any advice??

Hey there,

I think it's pretty normal to experience these feelings at some point on your gender journey. This period of self-doubt can be seen as a positive really because it can strengthen the confidence you have in your identity when you start to question it. What do you think? I'm wondering, where do you think these feelings are coming from?
