We've been working hard behind the scenes on major improvements across our support network. We've completely overhauled the software underpinning our forums in order to bring you the best possible experience and make it easier than ever to get the support that you need. We've introduced hundreds of new features, here's a quick summary of some of the biggest: New Interface We've redesigned the community from the ground up; making it much more intuitive, responsive to mobile and integrated tons of new ways to express yourself with emojis, GIFs, avatars and profile cover photos. It now takes a matter of seconds to create an account. We'll soon be launching a new account ranking system, community leaderboards and special limited edition badges! Confidential Support Sometimes you might prefer to get support without posting about it publicly on the forums. This is why we've introduced a brand new way to speak with our support team privately. Blogging For eternity, our users have been asking about ways in which they can contribute their story and experience and share it with the wider community. We're thrilled to launch our blogging platform which is fully integrated within the community. All you need is a forum account and something to say and you're good to go! Check out blogs here. Polls, AMA's and Reactions From today, you'll now be able to post live polls to our community. You'll also be able to react to posts and award reputation points for content that you have found helpful. We'll also be introducing Ask Me Anything 'AMA' sessions with celebrities, activists and other influential public figures. Additional Moderation & Account Security We have introduced an entire suite of new human and AI moderation tools designed to keep you safe and our community free from abuse and spam. Each piece of content will come with a reporting feature. We're also allowing all users to use 2FA to protect their account from unauthorised logins. You'll now also receive an email whenever you login using a new device or if we notice anything suspicious on your account. Improved Notifications You now have the option to follow topics and users on community. This also includes an option to follow your own topic at the point of posting. This means that you will receive an email notification when there is an update. You'll also receive various notifications in your personal Notification Centre. Plus so much more!
