How do I cope with a lot of stress?

I have anxiety and whenever I'm really stressed I get migraines and a lot of physical symptoms. I also cry all the time and I can't relax, I always have to be busy and productive. I don't know how to cope, or what to do.

Right at the bottom of the guide there is a link to a stress reprogramming guide which is particularly useful.
