ad21605
I have started coming out to my friends almost 2 months ago. I have not come out to my family because of fear. What do I do? MultiQuote
Remi
Hey there, Welcome to our Community. How did it feel when you came out to your friends? Was it a positive experience? There is no rush to come out to your family if you are not ready yet. Why do you feel feared, do you suspect they may not take the news very well? -Remi MultiQuote Quote This Digital Mentor Account is no longer active. sara.zulu_
I am going through the same experience. I have been coming out to my friends who have been extremely supportive about it but my parents are homophobic and I do not know what to do. I know how it must feel like. Kin
I came out 2 weeks ago as bi to my care team and some friends but I can’t for the same reason to my family . My family is extremely homophobic. You have to wait for the right time and I hope you will know when the right time is. It’s hard I. Know I’m glad your friends were accepting makes a huge difference. Don’t be in a rush that’s what I’m learning. MultiQuote
