This can always be a tricky one, as you don't want to blur the lines of your friendship. Has she ever given you an indication that she may be interested in a romantic relationship with you? I say with asking people out that the most important thing is to just be yourself. Suggest doing something that you genuinely believe she might like and make it clear in what context you would like to do it.
