But, most schools should have a behaviour policy - some of them you can even find on their website of how they manage the behaviour of their students. Depending on the severity of the bullying the student may be suspended or expelled but most schools practice restorative justice and so they may try to mediate between the two people, educate them about why what they are doing is wrong and try to eliminate the problem that way.
