what do I do

This boy I'm really close with, his friends are saying "Insert friends name here, you like elizabeth?" and then the boy will say "Hell nah she's too ugly"

It actually hurts because I've been diagnosed with an eating disorder and have a lot of insecurites

Should I talk to my friend about it or should I just ignore it?

thats a hard situation to be in. 

I wouldn't straight up confront him, just because there could be something else going on, but maybe ask him abt it like "hey i've heard this, anything up?"
