Hey everyone!

We had our annual strategy day yesterday which was a day filled with new ideas and concepts for Ditch the Label. For a while, we've been thinking about new areas of support that Ditch the Label may be able to offer in the future, along with new areas of discussion on the community. We'd really love to hear your thoughts! Please select as many as you'd like and feel free to suggest any other ideas below!

I am not sure how late this is... but I do have a topic suggestions :) Disabilities- both physical and mental. As someone who belongs to the community in terms of mentally being disabled I would be happy to give any ideas for topics?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts everyone! We'll be taking this forward and exploring ways in which we can offer a wider range of help and support. For now, we have created a new 'Transitions & Changes' Safe Space which is now available here.
