It appears I lied, because I do have a favorite.....anything by irving berlin; that is, white christmas, happy holidays, etc.

I've always loved The Holly and the Ivy! I haven't found a good arrangement of it, though. It's not very popular among the radio christmas singers. Most of the recordings of it on youtube are poorly-recorded choral arrangements, which isn't what I'm looking for.
