I have recently been rejected and find it hard to find my worthiness in the dating world and especially from men. Just wondering if there was any advice that could be shared? Welcome to Ditch the Label! Sorry to hear that you've been rejected recently. Are you OK? Dating can be tricky and sometimes we think someone is right for us, and they aren't. Rather than seeing yourself as someone who has been rejected, I would say he was not right for you. It's sometimes our first reaction to beat ourselves up when people we like don't feel the same way back. It doesn't make you unworthy in the slightest. The best you can do is to try again and keep an open mind. Be yourself and see where things go. Someone who is right for you will make an effort for you.
