I have a red peace lily that has lost all it's flowers apart from one , a couple of skew growing room palm trees and a poinsetta that seems to have lost all it's green leaves but still has it's red ones. I would definitely say having a mini schedule helps a lot so you remember when you last watered and when you need to water again :) Your mum sounds so cool, perhaps she has some more tips to give you? I myslef have 2 little succulents which i must say, are much more forgiving whenever i would froget to water them but ive gottne better at remember (thankfully) My mum has many orchid flowers in the kitchen which are her pride and joy so if you need any tips for those, she's the girl for the job Also before I forget, granted but it isnt your fav flavour (still a yummy one tho!)
