I need help with my libido and sexuality

To be clearer, I know what my sexuality is [jsyk sexuality is not romantic orientation].

I am demisexual and have a high libido.

When sex is proposed as an activity, I have trouble opposing the idea, my libido wants it, but later I regret it because I didn't want it from that person due to not trusting them enough.

I have trust issues which makes this whole thing harder. I know what the 'obvious' answer is, but I need a new answer.

How do I trust someone enough to have sex with them? And what should I do about my libido in the mean time? Can I get overall advice on this whole thing?

i mean trust is something that naturally come with more you spend time with the person. its not something you can force yourself to believe because your brain has to develop some kind of attachment naturally. the simple way of building trust is first being friends then try to talk about more personal things once you know eachother long enough because thats when your brain subconsciously feels safe around that individual. youll know when you trust someone because when i trust people i become more dependent and tell them a lot more about my personal life; sometimes even share secrets i would never tell anyone else

i have a low libido so i dont know how to manage that but perhaps watch nsfw content to satisfy it? a lot of people satisfies their libido by watching porn and even masturbate to it. but then again everyone is different so it may not work for you. apologies that i cant help with the second question
