A few updates from us this month: You can now initiate a DM conversation with a member of staff or Digital Mentor. Do this by clicking 'Send Message' on their profile or simply by clicking the message icon in your nav bar and selecting 'Compose New' and just type the username of the staff member you'd like to speak privately with. This is not designed to replace 'Confidential Support' and it can take some time to receive a response, so please don't use this for anything urgent. Celebrating 2022 badge is now available. You'll automatically receive it if you login from now until January! You'll also receive 25 account points. You can now disable the 'Welcome Back' screen on the homepage by changing your theme to 'Dark Mode - Without Slider' Introducing a new 'Ideas' feature - this makes it even easier to submit and vote on new feature ideas and we'll be able to mark an idea as either 'Being Considered', 'Approved' or 'Rejected'. Submit an idea here. We are about to publish a few design/aesthetic fixes and some minor improvements to your member profile. I will update this thread once it's implemented. An update on the team - we're saying goodbye to @Wookiee and @Daisie who are both moving on to pastures new - we'd like to say a huge thank you to them for all of the incredible vibes they brought to our community and we'll be announcing new members of the team very soon! What's coming: In February, we'll be launching an entirely new Ditch the Label homepage and will be adding a deep integration with the community, along with some exciting new features - so watch this space! We're also exploring a design overhaul of the community and new tools for creative expression. We'll be bringing in AI, chatbots and intelligent search as a way of making it easier than ever to find the information, advice and resources you need quickly. During 2023, we'll also be piloting video-based support for those that want it and looking at ways we can run webinars with our mentors on the community - this will give you a live forum to submit questions to our mentors in a shared session! As always, thanks for making our community as special as it is.
