My friends are leaving me out

Me and one of my friends wanted to make a book. (it was my idea) Well she added one of our other friends but now its like i am invisible she has just taken over but it was my book cause it was my idea but they are just talking over and i feel like they don't need me anymore.

I think you should tell them how you feel and if they still don’t include you just politely remind them that it was your idea

It sounds to me that you're being put on the side lines and not validated for your ideas. @Animallover299 has a good point about speaking with them and sharing how you've been feeling, I'd like to add to this and see whether you'd be more comfortable speaking one to one with that friend of yours you originally shared your idea with?
