I have been stressing over it for a while to where I have a eating disorder. I don’t even remember when was the last time I did a real smile. What should I do? Hey @Laney and a warm welcome to community. I'm so sorry to hear that as we should all be able to be ourselves, especially with our loved ones. The main thing is to consider your safety and security, for example, if you did come out at home what do you think their reaction would be? If you feel it would mean you having to move out, we would always advise that you wait until you are able to move out for work or college. Do you have any family members that you feel would be supportive? Siblings, aunts etc? Can I ask if you are getting any support with your eating disorder? We're here for you.
