Personally, I wouldn't keep the money, I would go to places near where to the money was found, I'd then ask if anyone has reported any money lost, then if not, I'd offer everyone who has helped me have some I'd make packages with things for the homeless and fundraise it for places like DTL

If it's a suitcase full of money, chances are its either stolen or the owner is rich and can spare it. I'd do a low effort search, then donate it if the search came to no results
