Foggy_the_enby Posted July 25, 2021 Share Posted July 25, 2021 Holy- So I was just looking for a meditation video to calm some in the moment anxieties I had about something, as I want to try guided meditation to meet my Spirit Guides. And I’ve been putting it off because I feel like my intrusive thoughts might pop in a lot, but I’ve had the sudden thought of some sort (I can’t remember the word) that I can do a really brief calming meditation to calm some of the anxiety I have to be better prepared. So I was looking on YouTube, typing up a few things, and I found a 4 minute one, so I was like “That looks cool, I think I’ll try it out” so I was gonna click on it when I was like “I wonder who it’s by?” and I looked down and it’s literally you guys It’s literally DitchTheLabel and I was like- w o a h- So yeah, a crazy coincidence I thought I’d share lol. 1 MultiQuote Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
