Hi @nobita Thanks for sharing with us and I know that dealing with skin problems can be so stressful. Even though we can feel so alone, it's incredibly common. One way that can help is to write down all the things that you're worried about so they exists on paper rather than just swirling around inside you. You can also look at them objectively so it's a little easier to see what you can do for each issue. 

It can help to write down all the negative stuff and then rip it all up. Could you try this do you think? It can just as a starting point, to see how you get on.
