Hmm, so, with coming out, can I check, do you feel ready? If you don't, then it's totally okay to wait. There really is no rush. Also, some parents do react with the whole 'It's just a phase' speech and 'You're too young to know'. This can be really frustrating to hear, and the only thing you can do in that situation is to just keep showing them that you're serious and sure of who you are. Once they see this over time, they will hopefully recognise that you are certain. Also, it might just be that they react that way out of shock and once they've calmed down, they eventually come round to it. What do you reckon?
