This is really a conversation you need to have with both your school and your parents. I know schools are reluctant to home-school and rather work with what is bothering you in school and work to create a solution together to make you happier there. Have you spoken to anyone in student support or welfare about how you are feeling?

 

Here are some safer alternative to self harm - https://www.ditchthelabel.org/15-safer-alternatives-to-self-harm/ - you can try when you are feeling like you want to self injure. I think the red pen trick is best. And try some breathing exercises for your anxiety too.
