My positive recovery, positivity! ❤️‍🩹

I thought i would make this a space for me to share my positive stuff i’ve done every day! So, at the end of tonight, 12am I’ll share what i’ve done to improve my wellbeing and to share what positive things ive done for myself, because I matter! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

So far today i’ve done,

  • Woke up and cleaned my room, ( its spotless now )
  • Ive had a very warm shower, my hair feels amazing! ( I’ve been slacking on this real bad lol ).
  • I then went out and phoned someone, ( a professional was very scared but did it!) 
  • Went to the shop to get some teddy bedding, it’s so cute and fluffy! got some peach pink towels, need fresh ones! and did a mini food shop!

Small steps make bigger progress, cant always have good days, but i am doing my best. I’m proud of myself. ❤️‍🩹🥰

I’ve just eaten a left over wrap, and im going to drink something because im a bit dehydrated 😅❤️‍🩹

Not quite 12am but, 2:35am.

  • Ive finished the day by doing a lot of tasks 
  • I have just brushed my hair and plaited it ready to sleep 
  • Ive had something else to eat because im hungry 😂
  • Ive just had a drink before sleep, ( im lacking on fluids atm!)

Today well yesterday was a really productive day, today won’t be as productive but let’s see what the day holds for me! ❤️‍🩹🥰

So far, i’ve slept because i’ve not slept well today, im now in the process of eating something because I am weak physically and need to get stronger physically. :)

Hi @Megs-, what a great idea for a post. You only started this two days ago and there are already so many things that you have done for yourself ❤️ I know it's not always easy to prioritise our own wellbeing and I am super proud of you. I hope you are proud of yourself as well 🤗

Yesterday update: 

  • I,woke up early because i had a dr appointment which went well? some things was told i’d need to have done, so not really for that part.
  • I got some more shopping which was good, 
  • i came home and put that away, i then went and i went to the chemist to collect my medication and stuff.
  • i came home had a sleep, i then had something to eat.
  • i then started taking my antipsychotic medicine, ( im feeling extremely tired and dizzy 😂).
  • now i’m trying to sleep 😴 

that was my positives for 19/9/2024! 

Let’s see what today holds! ❤️‍🩹

So far today i am currently making tuna mayo pasta, something little but this medication is making me sleepy lol.

So far today, i’ve:

  • took my meds that i need to take 
  • ive drunk something 
  • ive eaten a full meal, ( so positive)

only small but im trying. :)

  • I went to the shop to buy some food 
  • I had dinner and pudding
  • I did some washing and washing up
  • I then ( now taken my night time medicine

Very very productive day today!

  • i’ve taken all my meds that i need to take 
  • ive put some food on as im hungry
  • ive tied my room

thats all so far :).

didnt go to plan lol 22/09/24

  • didn’t take my night meds ( really made me feel drunk and out of it LOL )
  • i ate something ( win?) lol

nothing much?

  • going to collect my antibiotics and other meds i need to collect 
  • live eaten breakfast ( first in fucking years!)

that’s all so far lol im so out of it

Huge thing for me, i’ve started 6 different new medications and im going to try take them all! proud of myself, one foot in step of the other ❤️‍🩹
